This incredible three-level house is located on a quiet street in Santa Barbara Alta. Surrounded by nature and tranquility. On the access level we find a large room with a fireplace overlooking a large terrace perfectly equipped to receive guests or hold large family gatherings. The dining room has access to the terrace and seats twelve people easily. The kitchen is a dream, with top of the line appliances. On this same level we end up with a spacious studio with natural light and views. We go down the stairs and find a space for an office or private study and an incredible cinema room with capacity for approximately 13 people.
