Palace House of 448 m2 including common areas - 396 m2 of housing - located in Real Madrid Plenary. The building is known as "Palacio de Domingo Trespalacios", built in 1768 by Andrés Díaz Carnicero. After the Civil War a restoration was made due to the damages suffered in it and the Official College of Architects of Madrid was established on the ground floor until 1941, the date on which it was moved.
